GCC customers cannot leave feedback?

I wanted to leave a feature request, but apparently GCC customers are restricted from doing that, so instead, my feature request is to add the ability to add feature requests for GCC customers. All I found was a closed question from two years ago asking why it is restricted that had no real response. Is there any way at all for GCC customers to give Microsoft feedback or is it just something they no longer care about?

For reference this is the message that appears when the feedback portal is blocked

"Community feedback is currently supported for MSA, as well as AAD users in commercial clouds."

As of September 30, 2024, the link posted by AlexChen MSFT on August 1, 2024, -gcc · Community (microsoft.com), leads to this:

Your access to this website has been restricted.

Community feedback is currently supported for MSA, as well as AAD users in commercial clouds.

I am currently signed into my GCC tenant account.

If I sign in with my personal Microsoft email, then I can access the link. Signed into my GCC tenant (note - I am an Admin), I receive the message above.

As mentioned on August 16, 2024 by Brian K, "Also, in response to ALEXCHEN, we aren't saying we can't open a support case from GCC. But it would be nice to be able to join feedback portals to vote and submit or gain momentum for various change requests etc."

If possible, we would greatly appreciate a working link for GCC feedback.

    Thank you!

Nevertheless, after searching what we've found for you in here - Open Support cases for GCC High and DoD - Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Learn or you can share your precious idea in here -gcc · Community (microsoft.com).

Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated.

Oh the irony that the second link is a link I cannot open for exactly the reason I'm complaining about.

feedbackportal.microsoft.com is the portal GCC (local governments and state folks) customers are not able to use (assuming GCC high and DOD folks have same issue).

When we try and post we get redirected to https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/blocked  with a mesage "your access to this website has been restricted" - "community feedback is currently supported for MSA, as well as AAD users in commercial clouds."

Also, in response to ALEXCHEN, we aren't saying we can't open a support case from GCC. But it would be nice to be able to join feedback portals to vote and submit or gain momentum for various change requests etc.

    Thank you,

    Brian

Try posting online feedback at https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback (if you haven't already done that).

    Hi, AWSEAMRM

    Good day!

Thanks for posting into our community.

According to your description, we're sorry for your experience.

As Microsoft has specific support channel resource for certain different support scope and attributes. Since we're focusing on Exchange Online, we're afraid that we could not give you an appropriate suggestion here.

    Hope you all the best!
