I am experiencing the same issue. Noticed for the first time today (07 SEP 23) on both my clients and my corporate network. I have not had a chance to test it on my home system. - CH

Based on your description, you can't rename labels in Microsoft Planner.

I tested it on my side, and I found that if I press Enter key after editing the label name, nothing happens. However, if I click elsewhere on the interface after making changes, the changes are saved.

If you still can't rename the labels, we assume that the problem may be related to the backend, more resources need to be involved on the issue in your environment. I suggest you follow the steps in the article to open a ticket, this is the most efficient way to fix the issue in your environment. Because the engineers in related team have higher permission and more resource than us to help check it from background and collect the log remotely, and they will continue to investigate this issue further and provide suggestion for you.
