So I'm on my kids account right now. Console purposes.

I'm laying in bed I get notifications on from my authenticator for a log in attempt from Russia. Obviously I hit no like 3 times. Next thing I know I get an email stating that my password was changed. I jump up and get on my laptop and log in. Then an email that the authenticator was removed. Then another email stating security info has been added to my account for REMOVED by Moderator

Great!!

I try logging in..THERE'S no account?!? but wait! There is.. My OneDrive, XBOX and Microsoft 365 is tied to the account. I can't reopen the email address becuase there's already one? I can't log in to get help. Customer service automated system keeps telling me to look online at some AKA.MS/PWR site.

IT'S NO HELP! I've been online for two hours trying to find answers and nothing.

No I need how to get a hold of someone to cancel all my subscriptions

Hi Jones K,

Welcome to the Microsoft community.

I'm a Microsoft user just like you, hope you're doing well.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

If your account primary email address and password are changed, you will not be able to submit the recovery form as the account will no longer exist. Has your login email address changed? If not, see the link below for help: https://support.microsoft.com/help/24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the above doesn't help, they might try some of the steps outlined in the following articles:

https://support.microsoft.com/help/b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

https://support.microsoft.com/help/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

If your email address has been changed, it means your account has been deleted. If a Microsoft account is deleted, it cannot be reopened, the email address cannot be used to create another Microsoft account as it becomes reserved. Understand that Microsoft does not recycle email addresses.

As for the payment method linked to your account, if you are unable to sign in to your Microsoft account because your email id was changed, you will not be able to manage your payment method, you should contact your financial institution/issuer of the payment method to cancel this payment method to avoid unauthorized charges.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.
