I'd like to know if Microsoft forms collects IP addresses of the respondents when putting out a online survey.

Dear Peggy CS,

Good day!!

I understand your concern and would like to convey that if the Form shared is with Anonymous link, there won’t be sign of any responder name and responder IP address by the Microsoft Form.

However, if the Form shared only with the internal users organization link, even though Microsoft Form doesn’t correct the responses, there will be activity recorded under sign-in logs of the Azure Active Directory, where the Azure Active Directory admin or global admins can view the details of the sign-in.
