How do I remove my access to unsolicited files on OneDrive Shared folder and block the person giving me access?

I see files on my "Shared - Shared with you" folder on OneDrive that belong to a person who is a complete stranger. I have no idea how these files are shared with me.

I try to report as spam and remove those files from this folder, but a pop up appears saying:

"Remove items
If you remove these items, you'll still have access to them, but they won't appear here"

And actually, the files won't be removed from the list either.

How do I completely remove MY ACCESS to these files, and block the person who's sharing those with me? (I can see his full name but can't see an email, and don't intend to contact him either, I just want to unlink myself and my email from this).

I'm trying to paste screenshots here but there's a "file upload error" when I try.

Thanks for taking the time, but as I said, I can't see an email for this person, only the name. I believe it's spam. Is there no way I can remove myself from the list, without contacting spammers or people who may, for one reason or another, ignore my request?

    Best regards,

    Cris
