SPF Validation error

We are having an issue with sending email just to one domain (so far everything else seems to be going through) is reporting SPF validation error for the domain and not delivering the email. I can provide the full header if needed. This error occurs when Sender Policy Framework (SPF) validation for the sender's domain fails. If you're the sender's email admin, make sure the SPF records for your domain at your domain registrar are set up correctly. Office 365 supports only one SPF record (a TXT record that defines SPF) for your domain. Include the following domain name:spf.protection.outlook.com. Any ideas what the cause is?

Here is our SPF setting for our domain  v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all

Error Details

    Hello Jcschott,

From your post, the Error Details seems a part of non-delivery report. To look into it, could you please save this full non-delivery report as .msg file, then share with me in Private Messages: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessage/inbox ?

Besides, please use a different account (like your personal email account) to send a test email to the same domain and see if this email can get through. Let recipient side add your impacted email address or domain into their white list to see if issue can vanish itself.

    Best Regards,

    Anna
