    Hello Sanjeev Sinha1

Based on the information provided, it appears you have already taken some great steps to fix the problem by reinstalling the app and clearing the cache, but the issue keeps coming back. Since the system language on your Samsung S25 Ultra is set to English, and the language in the Outlook app is also set to English, it could be a deeper issue with how the Outlook app is pulling language preferences from either the system, the app's settings, or an issue within the app itself.

Given the complexity of the problem, especially since the issue seems to persist despite reinstalling the app and clearing the cache, it might be best to reach out to experts in Outlook for Android directly (Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android - Microsoft Support). They can analyze your account and app settings more thoroughly, pinpoint any potential glitches or conflicts, update, bug and provide you with targeted solutions that may not be immediately available through general troubleshooting steps.

We apologize for redirecting you to a different community, but I believe this step will ensure faster and more accurate assistance for your specific scenario. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Sincerely,
