I understand you want to import .pst files in New Outlook. I am sorry this feature is not provided in New Outlook, and only available in Classic Outlook. New Outlook is not an updated version of Outlook. It's a free email software developed by Microsoft for unsubscribed Microsoft 365 users. The features and interface are similar to the Outlook web version. But there is still a big gap between it and Outlook Classic in terms of functionality. And the developers are constantly improving and enriching its content. So if you still have Outlook Classic, you can continue to use Outlook Classic to get more rich features.
