How do I increase the limit of 10 email accounts on this New Outlook?

I am using Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 on a PC.

I started using the “New Outlook”.

In the email from Outlook Team, it states:

Manage all your email accounts and calendars in a single place. Now you can access all your emails in one spot. That's Outlook.com, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo!, iCloud, IMAP accounts and even that account you use for shopping.

You only allow 10 email addresses to be entered.  Why so small amount?

You recommend that I add all my accounts.  I have at least 25 different email addresses.

I am currently using Thunderbird to compile all my email addresses.  I was hoping to use this New Outlook, but it looks as if I need to close up this New Outlook and go back to Thunderbird.

How do I increase the limit of 10 email accounts on this New Outlook?

I am still having this issue on my windows 11 computer but not on my mac outlook.

I did pay for the office 365 suite; so, why can't I add more email accounts to my outlook?

I was interested in your comment about sticking with Thunderbird - but WHY ?

OK they give umpteen accounts, but it get very tedious every few weeks, when they want you to update your password.

When they had a 'contact us' button, I asked why, & the reply was always the same; "nothing to do with us - check with MS" !

Of course, the MS system still uses our passwords, but TB have never told me why THEY want us to change them.

It took me a while to get to grips with Outlook, but now find its pretty much OK, apart from the 10 accounts rule.

All I want is an app that allows me 20 odd accounts,,,,,,, without wasting hours every few weeks, changing passwords.

    Thunderbird - nah

Hello, I do not know the answer to that. I am not sure that the update process would wipe out registry changes. It would be aggravating to change the registry then add all the eMail accounts and then a security/program update would wipe out all that effort. Makes a person use Thunderbird!

Hi, JoeValascoCA. I've heard about changing registry, but I didnt try it out because it seems to me that this is not a long last solution as it will be restaured to the original on any windows update.

    I'm I wrong?

Microsoft is so far detached from the end user it is sad. Microsoft Office 2016 would handle multiple email accounts. They are chasing away end users with these limitations. I am surprised no one has identified the registry hack that is needs to change this limitation to allow any number of accounts per profile.
