If you can not enter the Windows Recovery Environment (winRE), you will need to create a bootable USB to be able to repair the boot files.
1-Create a USB device with an installation image.
You can create using the media creation tool, download it on this link.
    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295
2-Enter on BIOS/UEFI and change to boot from the USB device.
3-On installation screen click on "Repair your pc" on the left bottom
4-Click on "Troubleshoot" then click on the Advanced Options page will appear.
    5-Click on "Command Prompt".
    6-Run these commands:
    chkdsk c: /f /r (and press Enter)
    sfc /scannow (and press Enter)
    diskpart (and press Enter)
sel disk 0 (and press Enter)
    list vol (and press Enter)

7-Verify that the EFI partition (EPS) is using the FAT32 file system and assign a drive letter to it that is not already in use:
sel vol <number of volume> (and press Enter)
    assign letter=Z: (and press Enter)
    exit (and press Enter)

8-In order to repair the boot record:
cd /d Z:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\ (and press Enter)
    bootrec /FixBoot (and press Enter)
    bootrec /rebuildbcd (and press Enter)
ren BCD BCD.old (and press Enter)
    bcdboot c:\Windows /l en-us /s <boot letter>: All (and press Enter)
(Note: The <boot letter> is replaced with the letter of the drive that you are booting from. (For example, C:, D:)

9-When finished close the command prompt then click to return to the first screen
10-Click to continue to normal boot

Another option is to Reset Windows keeping the personal files.
4-Click on "Troubleshoot" then click on Reset this PC

If I am trying 2nd step there is no option

Yes, it's possible to use the SD card, you just need an SD card with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.

I do not know what happened here please help

Can you send me windows 10 setup link? please
