    Hi @Aditya Raj

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

    1. Log in to the Azure Portal: Head over to Azure Portal and sign in with your Azure account.
    2. Go to "Subscriptions": On the left side of the portal, click on "Subscriptions".
    3. Select Your Subscription: Find and select the subscription that has your Azure Developer Support Plan.
    4. Navigate to "Support + Troubleshooting": Scroll down and click on "Support + Troubleshooting".
    5. Cancel the Support Plan: Under "Plans & Add-ons", you should see your Developer Support Plan. Click "Manage" or "Cancel" next to it.
    6. Confirm the Cancellation: Follow the steps to confirm you want to cancel the plan.

Once you do this, your support plan will stay active until the end of the month, but it won’t automatically renew, so you won’t be charged next month.

    Hi Aditya,

In the Azure portal, please navigate to Cost Management + Billing using link below:

    https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_GTM/ModernBillingMenuBlade

On left, click Products + services -- All billing subscriptions blade. Click on context menu (three dots) to the right of the Microsoft Azure Support line and choose Change renewal setting.

    User's image

In the flyout window on right, select Off and click Save.

The above will cause your Developer support plan to expire on the date shown and not be automatically renewed.

Please click Accept Answer and upvote if the above was helpful.

    Thanks.

    Hello Aditya Raj,

    Thanks for your question.

    To do this:

    • Go to the portal. portal.azure.com
    • In the left-hand menu, select “Help + support” and from there locate the Support plans section.
    • here you will find your current support plan listed, click on change
    • Select the Basic (free) support plan. Confirm and that takes you to free tier

If you cancel an Azure Support plan, you're billed for the rest of the month. Cancelling a support plan doesn't result in a prorated refund. For more information, see Azure support plans.

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
