My company suscription has been disabled due to "suspicious activity". When I try to get it back up it says "We’ve identified suspicious activity in this subscription that violates the Microsoft Acceptable use Policy. To protect your account, we’ve disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure support to re-activate your subscription." and to contact Azure support, but its rated as C Severity, when in reality my whole department is stopped by this. I have production software running in Azure and is also stopped. How can I get it back ASAP? Thank you

Have the same issue but unable to contact support about it because it says the subscription is disabled. Err, the page says contact support about the disabled subscription, and the support page says can't contact support...because the subscription is disabled...it's a circle. What to do?

Hello Teresa Rey (IDEA) I’m sorry to hear that your subscription has been disabled due to suspicious activity. To reactivate your subscription, you can follow these steps**[1]

Sign in to the Azure portal.
Go to Subscriptions and then select the canceled subscription.
Select Reactivate.

If you have other subscription types, you can contact support to have your subscription reactivated. After your subscription is reactivated, there might be a delay in creating or managing resources. Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately, when clicking on "reactivate" it shots a message that I have to contact Azure team, but no answer has been provided yet and I can't upgrade gravity of the ticket

I had the same happen to me and tried to reactivate it and it did not work at all

I am having the same problem. I am trying to get prepared for az-900 and az-204 exams with free account.
I got this message
Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons.

We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision.
I used my own credit card.

i am having the same problem.. how ever i was running a live company website and due to this outage Microsoft has cost me money and nearly the lose of my company.. waiting days cant contact them... worst i mean worst company ever... now i have purchased a new subscription through an alternative host.... and i just want this out there.. that if Microsoft don't allow me to recover all of my lost company data and client list. i will be proceeding to take Microsoft to court..

anybody have a direct phone number for Microsoft? or should i have a search around and find it.. its all fun and games until you nearly lose your company due to Microsoft and there cheap system... has anyone else had this same issue recently?? how long did it take to get a response from them..
