how to activate italian electronic invoicing for azure services

I need to receive electronic invoice as per italian laws for my azure subscription. I cannot find how to activate this kind of invoicing.

For this you can raise a support request under Billing Option and provide the detailed information on the portal.

thanks but I cannot set the "my issue is not listed" option so I cannot find a solution
