How to dispute "profile picture does not meet community guidelines"

I created my profile picture in a high school graphic design class years ago. it is literally just an outline of a side-view of a chicken made as a neon sign with a wavy background. For some reason my pfp is marked as violating community guidelines on microsoft news and it is preventing me from writing any comments on news stories.

How can I fix this? it is a profile picture I drew myself and there is no reason for any issues with copyright, nor is it vulgar or inappropriate in any way at all. I've been struggling to find a way to dispute this claim and have to ask on here because There is nothing I can do to allow me to comment other than change the picture (which I am not willing to do).

Thanks for the reply, it isn't from an email, but any time I attempt to comment it gives me the above error message. I did finally find a way to appeal it, so I am hopeful this works. User's image
