For a Microsoft 365 order with incorrect invoice details, contact Microsoft Support directly.

For a personal Microsoft 365 purchase:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Support contact page.
    2. Use Get Help and enter the issue.
    3. If self-help does not resolve it, select Contact Support.
    4. Sign in with the Microsoft account used for the order.
    5. Choose Microsoft 365 and Office and the billing or subscription category to reach an agent.

If the purchase was made with a work account:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
    2. Select Help & support at the bottom right.
    3. Enter the issue details.
    4. If needed, select the Contact Support icon.
    5. Choose phone or email, confirm contact details, and submit the request.

If the invoice needs to be corrected or reissued, Microsoft Billing Support must review the billing account. The available guidance does not show a self-service option to change details on an already issued invoice.

    Hi, @Nick Dimitracopoulos

Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support

Type Contact in the search box.

Now click Get help, and Ask our Support Assistant

Request for a live chat, then click Contact Support

You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Important Note: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
