NIF on id card is invalide i cannt pay for subscriptiosis

Hello can you help me pleasem i live in portugal and when i try to buy something with my card it says nif is invalide, i know that i put it correctly (the nif) please help me, i would love to pay one more maonth for game pass but i cant since i cant subscribe with paysafecard

    Hi @Luis Silva

    Please first make sure that your Microsoft account’s country/region and billing address are both set to Portugal, then remove and re-add your payment method. You can also try entering the NIF using digits only, without spaces or punctuation.

    Please also check that your card details are current and that there are no overdue subscription payments on your account.

    If the NIF is still rejected even though all billing information matches, this may require Microsoft billing support to review the checkout validation.
