i had my account with minecraft premium and someone deleted it and now it's on some random gmails with my username in the gmails

To point you in the right direction, could you tell me:

Did you sign in to Minecraft with a Microsoft account (for example an Outlook.com, Hotmail or Gmail address you signed up with)? Or was it an older Mojang account that you never moved to a Microsoft account?
Do you still remember the email address or phone number you originally used to sign in?
When you try to sign in with that email, what happens? For example, a "That Microsoft account doesn't exist" message, a wrong-password error, or a code being sent to an email or phone you don't recognize.
