Problem description
I am experiencing an issue with my Azure Trusted Signing - Preview account, where the identity validation process has been stuck in the 'In Progress' state for more than 7 days. The validation started around October 20, 2026, and has not progressed or completed, despite waiting for an extended period.
Environment
Service: Azure Trusted Signing - Preview; Scenario: Artifact Signing account identity validation; Cloud: Azure public cloud.
What I've already tried
I did email verification and verification via Authenticator what was succeeded.
Current status
I am seeking guidance on how to resolve the prolonged 'In Progress' status of my identity validation.
