Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Christine COOPER,
Thank you for explaining the situation. I understand that you want to stop any future charges and request a refund for the subscriptions you do not need.
Please note that this is a public user-to-user forum. Independent advisors and other community members cannot access Microsoft billing systems, view your transactions, cancel subscriptions, or approve refunds on your behalf.
Microsoft 365 Personal and PC Game Pass are normally managed through the personal Microsoft account used to purchase them. Please sign in to the Services & subscriptions page with the account that was used for each purchase and review the subscriptions separately: Microsoft account: Services & subscriptions
The email receiving the invoice or the payment method being charged is not necessarily the account that owns the subscription. If a subscription is not displayed, please try any other Microsoft accounts that you may have used during the purchase. If the subscription was purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another retailer, it must be managed directly through that provider.
You can refer to the following Microsoft article for guidance: Where can I manage my Microsoft 365 subscription? | Microsoft Support
A Microsoft 365 Business subscription is managed separately through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The administrator account may have an address such as: @companyname.onmicrosoft.com or @companyname.com
Do you remember creating or receiving an account like this when the Business subscription was purchased? If you can sign in with that account at Microsoft 365 Admin Center, go to Billing > Your products, select the subscription, and review the available cancellation or recurring billing options.
The official cancellation instructions are available here: Cancel your Microsoft business subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center | Microsoft Learn
Please be aware that refund eligibility depends on factors such as the subscription type, billing agreement, purchase or renewal date, and region. Cancelling a subscription does not always result in a refund. For a Business subscription, the available cancellation and refund options also depend on the billing account type and how the subscription was purchased.
If you cannot find the subscriptions, cannot access the Business administrator account, or need the charges reviewed for a refund, please contact Microsoft Support and ask to speak with the Billing Support team. You can find the regional telephone number here: Customer service phone numbers | Microsoft Support
When calling, you may first hear an introduction lasting approximately 30 seconds suggesting that you visit a support website. Please wait until the menu options are presented. You can then try pressing "1" as a business email user and "1" again for technical assistance. Once connected, explain that you need help identifying the subscriptions, stopping future charges, and checking refund eligibility with the Billing team.
I recommend calling during normal business hours. Automated systems do not always route calls to the correct support queue, so if the first attempt is unsuccessful, please try again later or at another time.
Please do not post card details, invoice numbers, passwords, or verification codes in this public discussion.
Kind regards,
