Renewed office 365 to wrong email address

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft Billing account.

Did you renew Microsoft 365 directly through Microsoft, or through a third party such as Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or a retailer?

Also, when you sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services using the email address that was used by mistake, does the renewed Microsoft 365 subscription appear there?

If it was renewed directly through Microsoft, the subscription generally cannot simply be moved from one Microsoft account to another. Depending on the purchase status, you may need to cancel/request a refund for the renewal on the wrong account and then purchase it again using the correct Microsoft account.
