My 360 shows it expired April 3, but I received a notice it will renew at $ 99.00 on Nov 1. NO. PLEASE CANCEL IT

    To request a cancellation, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    Look for the Microsoft 365 subscription you have.

    Click Manage > select Cancel, then follow the prompts to refund the subscription.
