    I am afraid the context is missing here.

    All I can tell is - you are trying to access something that won't allow the use of a personal Microsoft account.

    So, please tell me what you did prior to getting this error. Were you trying to open a file shared with you and the other person is an organizational user? This context is important, as the solution is not necessarily about creating an account, but can be permission related.
