Office 2021 for Mac Home & Business 2021 - can confirmation of download, recently restored mac, do not see product key in my MSFT acct

hello -

today i had to restore my Mac book and prior to restoring, when i asked the guy helping me, he said all i needed to do was login to microsoft and then i could redownload. when i login to microsoft, there are no options for me to redownload. I cannot find the product key either (I will keep looking).

i have proof of purchase from Apple, and i have confirmation from microsoft that I downloaded this. it says my product key is associated with my email addresss and it has a link to click, but now that link isn't working.

Please help, i want to restore these apps desperately, i use them everyday.

i would have not chosen to restore my mac if i knew this was going to happen!

Hi,

If you want to download the version of Office associated with your Microsoft account:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/download-and-install-or-reinstall-office-2021-office-2019-or-office-2016

If you purchased it via the App Store, simply go there and start the download.

Or

You can download the Office package for Mac (versions 14 and later) by visiting the link below. Select the Mac download option; even though it says "Office 365," the installer is the same for Office 2024 and 2021.

After installation, sign in with the Microsoft account associated with Office 2021 to activate it.
