2 weeks ago my account got hacked and the mail to receive the login code has been changed to an unknown mail to me. i reached out to the support and i just received a mail back. that the provided information was not enough proof the account is mine. while with the support chat they confirmed the top 3 most important details are correct and confirmed that those details are mine. and they still cant help me get the account back, which i had for over 5 years. cause now i cant access my onedrive where i have important work documents on.
