Unable to activate the account as it says subscription expired

I paid my subscription in august but the account is going back to my old subscription in 2020 and saying the subscription is expired

    Do you have more than one Microsoft account, if so, log into any Microsoft account you may have on the link below, are you able to find your subscription listed on any Microsoft account you may have, if not, click Billing on the left, are you able to find the August payment for your recent Microsoft 365 subscription listed and is there any problem indicated with the payment?

    Do you pay Microsoft directly for the Microsoft 365 subscription, or do you pay though the Apple App Store.
