Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
To get the receipt or invoice, use the path that matches the type of Microsoft purchase:
- If this was a Microsoft 365 business charge
- Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- If using Simplified view, select Products > View invoices.
- If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- If there is more than one billing account, select Change billing account.
- Select the invoice to view details.
- To save a PDF, select Download > Download invoice.
- If available in the billing jurisdiction, use Download tax receipt from Billing > Billing and payments.
- If this was a personal Microsoft subscription or purchase
- Go to the Microsoft account services & subscriptions page.
- Open the subscription, then check Billing history or Order history for receipts, invoices, or statements.
- If this was a Skype purchase
- Sign in to the account.
- Open Purchase history at the bottom of the page.
- Select Download monthly statement.
- Skype monthly statements are available on the 5th of the following month and remain available for six months.
- If the charge does not appear in any known Microsoft account
- Review billing history in all Microsoft accounts that might have been used.
- If the charge still cannot be matched to an account, contact Microsoft Support for billing help.
- If no Microsoft account can be identified, contact the card issuer to dispute the charge and consider blocking the card if fraud is suspected.
