On 03/09/2026, Microsoft debited my credit card for an amount of $179. I want the receipt or invoice.

Sorry you do not believe this helped. Please note that if you cannot find the purchase made on your main account you should check all other accounts that you own or have access to in your household. If you still cannot see the purchase after that then your best bet would be to contact your bank/credit card company to dispute the charges.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

As well as the information provided above I also wanted to mention that purchases should also be listed at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. Please be sure to check all sites using any account that you own or have access to in order to find the payment.

To get the receipt or invoice, use the path that matches the type of Microsoft purchase:

    1. If this was a Microsoft 365 business charge
      • Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
      • If using Simplified view, select Products > View invoices.
      • If using Dashboard view, go to Billing > Bills & payments.
      • If there is more than one billing account, select Change billing account.
      • Select the invoice to view details.
      • To save a PDF, select Download > Download invoice.
      • If available in the billing jurisdiction, use Download tax receipt from Billing > Billing and payments.
    2. If this was a personal Microsoft subscription or purchase
      • Go to the Microsoft account services & subscriptions page.
      • Open the subscription, then check Billing history or Order history for receipts, invoices, or statements.
    3. If this was a Skype purchase
      • Sign in to the account.
      • Open Purchase history at the bottom of the page.
      • Select Download monthly statement.
      • Skype monthly statements are available on the 5th of the following month and remain available for six months.
    4. If the charge does not appear in any known Microsoft account
      • Review billing history in all Microsoft accounts that might have been used.
      • If the charge still cannot be matched to an account, contact Microsoft Support for billing help.
      • If no Microsoft account can be identified, contact the card issuer to dispute the charge and consider blocking the card if fraud is suspected.
