    Hi,

Is it OneDrive 365 for Business or a Personal account?

On the webpage, click the icon on the browser's address bar on the left.

Click Cookies > Manage on device site data.

On the pop-up that opens, remove all cookies one by one by selecting each cookie and removing it.

Reload the page and sign in again using the credentials

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Hi @SHIPEX GLOBAL

That message on the My files page nearly always means the account lost admin rights on its own OneDrive site. It's not a rendering bug. It happens after things like a username change, a permissions cleanup script, or a license being removed and re-added.

A couple of quick checks from the user's side first:

    • Sign out completely, then open OneDrive in a private window. If it loads there, it was a stale token, not permissions.
    • Confirm the account still has a Microsoft 365 license with SharePoint and OneDrive included. Removing the license removes access to the site.

If that doesn't clear it, an admin needs to restore ownership. In the SharePoint admin center, go to More features > User profiles > Manage User Profiles, find the user, then Manage site collection owners, and make sure the user is the Primary Site Collection Administrator of their own OneDrive. Or do it in PowerShell:

    Connect-SPOService -Url https://<tenant>-admin.sharepoint.com
    Set-SPOUser -Site https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com/personal/<user>_<domain>_com -LoginName ******@domain.com -IsSiteCollectionAdmin $true

Give it a few minutes and reload My files. If it still fails after the admin fix, the correlation ID in the screenshot is exactly what Microsoft support needs, so open a request from the Microsoft 365 admin center with that ID and the timestamp.

If this helped, please click Accept Answer so others seeing this error can find it.
