To chat with a support agent for help downloading a program:

    1. Open Get Help or go to the Microsoft support contact experience.
    2. In the search box, type Chat with an agent or agent support.
    3. Select Contact support at the bottom.
    4. Choose the product or service that matches the program being downloaded, such as Microsoft 365 and Office.
    5. Follow the prompts to start Chat with a support agent in your web browser or request a call back if that option appears.

If trying to download Office, sign in first and use the Office download and install flow for Office 2021, Office 2019, or Office 2016.

If trying to download OneDrive, use the OneDrive download page.

If trying to install a program downloaded from the internet on Windows, use the Windows guidance for installing programs from online sources.
