Hi, I can`t access viva enage. I really need this for my job. The error in english is : You have successfully logged in to Viva Engage, but it appears that your access has not yet been fully configured. Please contact the system administrator to complete the access setup. This has nothing to do with hardware/pc - tried to logon to different pc and my own pc has been reimaged still same error as attached in this.Skjermbilde 2026-09-08 110609

    Dear MARTE Ogreid,

Based on the error message shown, the sign-in process is completing successfully, but your Viva Engage account has not been fully provisioned or configured within your Microsoft 365 organization. Since the issue persists across multiple devices and even after reimaging your PC, this indicates the problem is not related to the local device, browser, or hardware.

This issue is typically caused by one of the following:

    • The user account has not been assigned the appropriate Viva Engage (Yammer) license.
    • Viva Engage has not been enabled for the user in the Microsoft 365 tenant.
    • There is a synchronization or provisioning issue between Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Viva Engage.
    • The organization's Viva Engage network configuration has not been fully completed by the Microsoft 365 administrator.

I recommend contacting your Microsoft 365 administrator and asking them to:

1/Verify that a license including Viva Engage has been assigned to your account.

2/Check whether Viva Engage is enabled for your user account in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

3/Review the Viva Engage admin settings and confirm that your account has been successfully provisioned.

4/Check the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard for any related service incidents.

Since the authentication itself is successful, the evidence points to a tenant-side account provisioning/configuration issue rather than a client-side problem.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions after checking with your IT/admin

    Looking forward to your update
