Hi Mahbub Ali,

I understand that you completed the required information before the deadline but still have not received the instructions to claim the bundle.

Could you confirm whether you received a message showing that your student verification was successfully completed? You may also want to check the Inbox, Junk, Spam, Promotions, and Deleted folders associated with both your Microsoft account and your school email address.

Since the form has already been submitted, this appears to require a review of the promotion claim rather than additional Microsoft 365 activation troubleshooting. Please visit the official Ultimate College Bundle page, expand the FAQ, and check the section “I haven’t received an email about my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and Xbox Wireless Controller. Who do I contact?” for the promotion-specific contact option.

If you cannot reach the promotion team through that route, you can also contact Microsoft Education Support and explain that you completed student verification but did not receive the redemption email.

As this is a user-to-user forum, contributors cannot access the promotion system, verify the status of a claim, or issue redemption codes. When contacting support, keep your purchase receipt, laptop model, purchase date, and verification details available, but please do not post them publicly here. Thank you so much for your understanding.

For OEM promotional items that came with the laptop, the supported checks are:

    1. Confirm the same Microsoft account is being used as the one used when the laptop was first set up.
    2. Open Microsoft Store > Library > Included with device and check whether the offer is listed there.
    3. Check whether any part of the offer was already redeemed by reviewing the Microsoft subscriptions page.
    4. Install any pending Microsoft Store and Windows updates, then restart the laptop and check again.
    5. If the offer still does not appear, contact ASUS support. OEM promotional offers are often tied to the device, and the manufacturer may need to verify the entitlement.

For the Microsoft 365 part specifically, if a 25-character product key was provided, redeem it at Office.com/setup.

If the issue is that the claim was submitted but no claim email arrived, the available guidance points to contacting support for the promotion or device entitlement. Microsoft support has resolved similar bundled-offer claim issues through direct support.
