iPad mini 7 (A17 Pro), 8.3-inch display, is incorrectly requiring a Microsoft 365 subscription to edit Word/Excel documents. Microsoft documentation states that basic editing is free on iOS devices with screens ≤10.1 inches. The issue occurs with two different Microsoft accounts. Please investigate device-size/license detection for iPad mini 7.

Which type of account are you trying to use? Note that organization (business) accounts won't be accepted when used with a so-called non-qualifying plan.
