    Hello

Currently, Microsoft has updated the eligibility requirements for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program. While users can still join the program, access to a renewable Microsoft 365 E5 sandbox is now subject to an automated qualification review and is no longer guaranteed for every account. As a result, some users who were previously able to use a developer tenant may now see the message:

"Thank you for joining. You don't currently qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."

I've also found similar reports from other users experiencing the same message, where the qualification decision was determined automatically and could not be manually overridden by the community.

Hope my information will be helpful for you.

    Kind regards,
