    Hi @Marko sss

I’m sorry to hear that your account was compromised and that the recovery form has not worked for you.

Since the hacker changed both your email address and phone number, please try Microsoft’s Sign-in Helper first. It is specifically recommended for compromised accounts or when you no longer recognize or have access to the available verification methods. How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

The Sign-in Helper will guide you through the available recovery options and, depending on your situation, may provide an option to contact a support agent.

Please note that if two-step verification was enabled and you no longer have access to any registered verification method, Microsoft Support cannot manually bypass the security verification or change the account details.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

I hope you’re able to regain access to your account soon.
