An application or feature powered by Windows Copilot to assist users with tasks and productivity
Hello amir lamborghini,
I can understand why this sudden change would be concerning, especially when you were previously able to send around 20–25 messages and are now being stopped after only two or three ordinary text messages.
Since the same limit follows your Microsoft account across both your phone and laptop and also appears in separate conversations over several consecutive days, this does not appear to be an issue isolated to one device or one Copilot conversation. However, the information available publicly does not allow us to confirm whether this is an account-specific restriction, a temporary capacity limit, or a broader service-side issue.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and community contributors cannot access your Copilot usage records, inspect account-level restrictions, or change a server-side limit. The most useful next step would be to submit feedback directly from Copilot and include the exact reset time shown in the message, the approximate time the limit was triggered, and the fact that only two or three normal text prompts were used.
You may also contact Microsoft Support and ask whether the displayed limit corresponds to the actual usage recorded for your account. Providing the same details and a screenshot with personal information removed may help the support team investigate the issue more effectively.
It would also be helpful if you could update this thread afterward. That may help other users experiencing the same unexpected behavior understand whether the issue is account-specific or more widespread.
I hope the usage limit returns to normal soon. Thank you so much for your understanding.
