I have chosen and paid in full for a Microsoft 365 premium plan I don't need - I have a personal account which I was trying to upgrade storage on when I made the mistake - how do I get a refund £260.64 - I have tried every angle, AI chat, telephone, logging into my personal account, to look at billing, I was asked to log into business account it wouldn't allow me, it states I do not have access - I have the payment ref from my bank to prove money was taken, how do I rectify this.

Business subscriptions are usually managed via https://admin.microsoft.com .

Since you mention Microsoft 365 Premium, you don't necessarily have a business plan. 365 Premium is for home use, just like 365 Personal or 365 Family.

Do you see a subscription if you sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services using a personal e-mail, such as @outlook.com, @hotmail.com etc.?
