    Dear Cecil,

Outlook has a few options for this, depending on what kind of automated message you need. To send one email at a later time, in new Outlook or Outlook on the web:

    1. Select New mail.
    2. Enter the recipients, subject, and message.
    3. Select the dropdown arrow beside Send.
    4. Select Schedule send.
    5. Choose a suggested time or select Custom time.
    6. Choose the date and time, then select Send.

The scheduled message remains available until delivery, so you can open it to send immediately or cancel it. Schedule Send requires Outlook to be online and connected, and it is not available for POP or IMAP accounts.

If by “automated messages” you mean recurring emails, such as sending the same message every Monday, new Outlook does not provide a standard recurring-email scheduler. For that scenario, use Power Automate with a Recurrence trigger and the Send an email (V2) action, subject to your organization’s permissions.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to your reply.
