Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
Hello,
Account details such as email addresses, passwords, and security information are private. Microsoft support cannot disclose this information to anyone, including other users. Only the account owner has access to these details and is responsible for keeping them safe and secure.
In this situation, you will need to recall or locate the complete email address yourself, as Microsoft support also cannot provide it.
Here are a few places where you may be able to find it:
- If you previously sent emails from this address to friends or neighbors, ask them to check their inbox and share the full email address with you.
- If you signed in to a Microsoft app or service, such as Outlook or OneDrive, on your smartphone, open the app and check the account settings or profile section for the full email address.
- Alternatively, if you saved the account credentials in Microsoft Authenticator or Google Password Manager, check the saved account information to see whether the email address is listed there.
Note: You can unlock the drive and recover your files only if you locate the BitLocker recovery key. If you cannot find the key, you will need to reinstall Windows using USB installation media. Please note that this process will erase all data stored on the drive.
