I cannot add an account on Outlook

I am trying to add/login to another email on outlook that I have setup on my phone. But, whenever I type in the new email it gives me an error pop up with Tag: 7q6ca Code: 1067 with the message being "An unexpected error occurred.".

Please help me understand what is going on. I have Microsoft 365 Basic, I don't know if i need to upgrade or not. I have tried accessing it on outlook classic, but it sends me to buy the upgraded version of 365 but can still access New Outlook.

    What type of account are you trying to add? IMAP, POP3, Exchange (on-premises), Outlook.com, Exchange Online (Microsoft 365).

    Exchange (on-premises) is not supported by New Outlook and requires the use of Classic Outlook.

    If Exchange Online, which license is assigned to you there? F licenses do not allow Outlook Desktop usages and are mobile and web only.

    If your license only includes Exchange Online via any other license (like EXO P1 for instance), then your version of New Outlook must be licensed via another account already before you can add it.

    You can add a license via;
    File-> Account info-> Add subscription

    Microsoft 365 Basic doesn't include the desktop version of Office apps, which include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Classic Outlook, and premium features of New Outlook.

    If you want to use Classic Outlook you need at least the Msft 365 Personal subscription.

    But you should be still able to use the free New Outlook. Is this new error happening with New Outlook?
