Open Settings > System > Display.
In Display settings, the monitors are shown as numbered boxes. Drag the monitor boxes so they match the physical left/right order of the screens, then select Apply.
If needed, use Identify first so the monitor numbers appear on each screen, then rearrange them. Once the layout matches the real monitor positions, the mouse will move in the correct direction between displays.
