In the display settings, you need to drag and drop monitor 1 to position 2 ( swap them manually with the mouse, they keep their numbers but are 2 and 1 instead of 1 and 2 after) as the cables do not tell the device what stands left and which one stands on the right.

Hi, I'm Rodrigo, and I will help you.

To move the mouse seamlessly between monitors, you must adjust them with no gaps in display Settings.
Go to Settings > System > Display and move/adjust the displays to achieve this according to monitor positions.

According to your description, the monitors are swapped in Windows display settings. Like Dumba_M3 said, you must swap the display position in Windows settings to match their real positions.
