I tried launching my mine craft which i have bought, but prism launcher said that i need to sign in again i go to sign in and under the place where u put your email it says "We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account." Of course im not going to make a new one i have bought mine craft in this so i try to get help from support I open microsoft account sign in helper enter my email and it says "Account blocked We have detected that your account is blocked due to multiple incorrect password attempts." then it says to reset my password and told me to click this Reset Microsoft Account password. i click it but it says to enter my email i want to recover but it doesnt let me enter it. i really want to talk to an accual human being tell them my problems and get this resolved instead of filling forms and talking to ai. its been a whole day microsoft fix ur support

    Hi @mars dude4

I’m sorry you have been sent in circles, especially when your Minecraft purchase is tied to this account.

Since the Sign-in Helper detects the account as blocked, but the password-reset page will not accept the username, use Contact Microsoft Support and tell the support advocate specifically that your username has stopped working. If necessary, access the support page using another Microsoft account.

Please keep your Minecraft purchase receipt, order number, previous account aliases, and gamertag available, but provide them only through the private support session, not in this public thread.

Unfortunately, this is a public user-to-user forum, so no one here can unlock the account, access its records, restore the Minecraft purchase, or arrange a direct callback. Support may investigate the account’s status, but agents are not permitted to manually change account details or bypass the ownership-verification process.

I understand this is not the resolution you wanted, but there are no further account-level actions that can be performed through the forum. Thank you for your understanding.
