    First, I recommend checking your subscription and order history at https://account.microsoft.com/services to identify the exact subscription and charge.

    Did you recently purchase Microsoft 365, or is this a separate Copilot subscription? Do you see Copilot Pro listed under Services & subscriptions?

    Also, do you see the charge listed under your Microsoft account's order history, or did you notice it directly on your bank or credit card statement?
