The key on the box does not meet requirements. Have tried all the codes on the box and none work.

    Dear James Wolff,

The correct product key should contain 25 characters in this format: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. It was normally printed on a sticker inside the CD case, on the original packaging, or on the Certificate of Authenticity. Other numbers printed on the box may be serial, barcode, or manufacturing numbers rather than the Office product key.

If Office 2007 was installed on another computer previously, try installing it from the original disc and use the telephone activation option if it is offered.

If the correct 25-character key still cannot be found or accepted, there may not be a reliable way to reinstall and activate this copy. Support for Office 2007 ended on October 10, 2017, so it no longer receives technical support, software updates, or security updates. Upgrading to a supported version of Office or Microsoft 365 is recommended for better compatibility and security.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding.

    Warm regards.
