    Try this exact recovery path:

    1. Sign in to the Skype Credit reactivation page and select Reactivate Credit: https://secure.skype.com/portal/settings/credit/reactivate
    2. Wait up to 15 minutes for the reactivation to complete. A confirmation email is sent when it finishes.
    3. After that, open the Skype Dial Pad at https://calling.web.skype.com/.
      • If the credit is active, the dial pad opens automatically.
      • If it is still inactive, a popup opens the My Account page where inactive Skype Credit can be reactivated.
    4. Verify that the same Microsoft/Skype account is being used everywhere. If the wrong account is signed in, the dial pad can show that there is no paid product even when credit exists on another account.
    5. If using iPhone or iPad and the Reactivate Credit option does not appear, clear the browser history and cookies on the device, then sign in again.
    6. If the issue is specifically that calls still fail after reactivation, check these common blockers:
      • Ensure there is enough Skype Credit for at least one minute of the call.
      • Disconnect a VPN if one is in use.
      • Enable Caller ID if calls are not connecting.

If the reactivation page itself keeps failing, report it from Skype Dial Pad:

    1. Open Skype Dial Pad.
    2. Select the three dots in the upper-right corner.
    3. Select Settings.
    4. Select Help and Feedback.
    5. Select Report a problem.
