My pin and the reset pin are disabled. The password that I recorded is also not working. How can I get into my computer?

To help me determine the best way to bypass this lock and get you back into your system, could you please let me know if your login profile is linked to an online Microsoft Account using an email or if it is a Local Offline Account?
