Microsoft Store developer support inaccessible—Engage Center stuck in Chrome and Edge

I manage an existing Individual Microsoft Store developer account. I can access Partner Center and manage my published app normally.

I need to open a private support case about package-flight delivery, but the support portal is inaccessible.

What I have tried:

  • Windows Developer Support → Create support case (MSA).
  • My app’s Partner Center page → Contact Support.
  • Both Chrome and Microsoft Edge, using my publisher-owner personal Microsoft account.

Both entry points lead to Engage Center, where the support page remains stuck loading. Closing that view revealed “No Access.” Selecting the available “Support for Business” workspace returned to the loading screen.

The Engage Center Help panel contains documentation and Ideas Forum links, but the documented “How can we help?” assistance section is absent.

Please help verify my support access or provide a working route to open a private Microsoft Store publishing support case. I have screenshots and a prepared evidence packet available.

For an existing Microsoft Store developer account, the supported route for a private publishing or Partner Center support case is Dev Center support through Engage Center.

    Use this path:

    1. Open Create a support case with Dev Center support for MSA users.
    2. If Engage Center loads, go to Help + Support in the Support section.
    3. In the Support AI Assistant, select the product tied to the issue, then choose the problem type and sub-type, select Continue, review the guidance, and provide the specific details for the package-flight delivery issue.
    4. If the page is partially accessible, select the question mark icon at the top of Engage Center to open Help. If the needed information still isn’t available, use the “How can we help?” area to request assistance or open a support case.

    For the current behavior described:

    • “No Access” in Engage Center can indicate the visible cases and workspaces are limited by identity and permissions.
    • If expected support requests or access do not appear, check the active workspace context and permissions.
    • If the issue persists, contact the Engage Center support team from the Help experience.

If the problem is specifically that the Engage Center support experience is broken or the support page stays stuck loading, the documented path is:

    1. In Engage Center, select the question mark icon.
    2. Open Engage Center Help.
    3. Use “How can we help?” to ask for assistance for the Engage Center platform itself.

Microsoft states that requests for help with the Engage Center website are typically answered within eight business hours by email.
