how to contact outlook support

how on earth does someone contact MS support for outlook. There is no easy way and the AI chat presents a button that just logs me into Outlook not to support. The help button just sends me into a loop of trying in a question with no real result, then I get the none working button again. I've been trying since last week and just tried again.

does someone have an actual button, link, email, phone number I can use.

I work in IT and this has to be the worst access to a large company I have ever seen. How MS get away with it I dont know.

I had one case where they said they were working on it and they closed it !!! Its not fixed, I need to get contact with them.

I'm losing all faith.

that link ends up in a loop with the virtual assistant and I cant get access to a human as the issue is complex {happy for someone to test}

Is there someone from actual MS who know the answer?

Many people report that getting in touch with Microsoft support can be a time-consuming process, but the chat is the only way (unless you are a business customer, in which case there may be some additional options).

Microsoft support staff do not monitor the Q&A forums. There are some "gig workers" who are active in the forums, but the rest of us are volunteers.

As I wrote, you are welcome to ask your question here. It is the only way to find out if someone can help.
