Log into any Microsoft account you may have on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    https://account.microsoft.com/services/

If not, go to the Billing section, do you see your payment listed there, and if so, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.

If the charge appears on the card but the Microsoft 365 subscription does not appear in Services & subscriptions, the most common causes are:

    1. The purchase is tied to a different Microsoft account.
    2. The subscription was bought through a third party such as Apple, Google, Amazon, or another retailer.

    Try this:

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services using the Microsoft account that was used to buy Microsoft 365.
    2. If Microsoft 365 is not listed, check any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used for the purchase.
    3. Review the order in your Microsoft order history. If the order appears under a different account, that is the account that owns the subscription.
    4. Check where the subscription is managed:
      • If Manage, Cancel, or Change payment appears for the subscription, it is billed by Microsoft.
      • If those options are missing or limited, it may be managed by a third party and must be handled with that provider directly.
    5. If the charge is from Microsoft but the subscription does not appear under any Microsoft account, use the Investigate option on the Manage your payments page of the Microsoft account dashboard to look into the charge.
    6. If the subscription still cannot be found, contact Microsoft Support through the public support contact flow and provide the payment date, amount, receipt, and the last four digits of the card privately.

    Important:

    • A bank charge by itself does not identify which Microsoft account owns the subscription.
    • If the subscription was purchased through a third-party provider, Microsoft cannot cancel, refund, or modify billing for it.
    • If a physical box or card was purchased, the subscription may not start until the product key is redeemed.
