    Hey there, Aidan Farrugia

Sorry to read that your Microsoft account has been blocked. Generally accounts are blocked when Microsoft detects that the account might have breached the terms of use.

To unblock your account, please can you sign into your Microsoft account on the Microsoft account overview page here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile

You should hopefully be able to see an option to unblock the Microsoft account by following the instructions on screen. This should allow you to send a security code to a phone so you can unblock your Microsoft account. You can find further instructions on how to do this here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/manage/microsoft-account-has-been-locked

If you don't see an option to unblock your account when signing into your account, this means that the account has been blocked due to suspicious activity or for breaching the Microsoft terms of use. If this is the case, I will provide instructions on how you may be able to submit an appeal to Microsoft about this.

    Hope this helps,
    Nathan
